Trick-or-Treat in Historic Hillsborough! 

As Last Fridays & the Art Walk festivities kick-off, downtown businesses and many Makers Market vendors will be passing out candy.

Costumes are very encouraged at October's event! Dress up, have fun, and TRICK-OR-TREAT!
