Hi I'm Samantha, local mom & Publisher of Macaroni KID Burlington-Hillsborough! 

I've lived in Mebane for 9 years and have 2 adorable little kids, 3 sweet kitties, & a yard full of chickens! 

As an avid believer that exposure to a wide variety of ideas & activities broadens children's minds & enriches their development, I put great effort into building a full and diverse event calendar featuring everything from cookie decorating to farm tours, storytimes to family hikes, homeschool-geared activities, arts & crafts events, skill building workshops, fairs & festivals, and so much more! 

I love serving my community by spreading the word about what local businesses have to offer to local families (win-win-win!), and hope parents enjoy & share this One-Stop-Shop for all things Family in Alamance & N Orange Counties.

Some of our family's favorite local spots include: The Root restaurant in Elon, Miss Kim's Children's Dance & Arts in Burlington, Franco's Pizza in Mebane, Graham Regional Park, the Orange County Recreation Center in Hillsborough, and both Alamance & Orange Counties' public libraries!
