Trick or Treating for Cans

Description

It's just what it sounds like: we are getting dressed up in our costumes and going door to door like Trick or Treating BUT for canned goods and other nonperishable food items instead of candy. This is a service opportunity for kids to enjoy wearing their costumes again, bond with others, and live into Jesus' call to feed those who are hungry. All food collected will go to our church's Backpack Ministry in support of our local elementary children; any additional food will be donated to a local food bank.
