Playground
Bring your little ones to enjoy the largest playground in the area. The fenced-in playground provides safe play for children 2-12 years old under adult supervision. Our seventy-two-component playground set, of which sixty-seven components are special-needs accessible, and is open to the public.
Walking/Jogging Trails
Approximately one mile of walking and jogging trails meander through the wooded area. Learn as you stroll—there are nearly 60 trees identified along the path.

StoryWalk
StoryWalk stations combine physical activity, reading and a fun way for adults to engage with children. There are 16 stations along the trails to be enjoyed with young children. Through serve and return interactions, adults play a critical role in the brain development of young children; social communication is the most important kind of stimulation needed for healthy development and illustrates what serving and returning is all about. Throughout the year the book will be changed with help from Alamance County Public Libraries. This initiative is a product of United Way of Alamance County efforts and sponsored by Impact Alamance.
