The Little School is a Reggio inspired Early Learning Center serving children from 3 months to 5 years. Our aim is to grow confident free thinking explorers, dreamers, nurtures, and lovers of learning. Our Hillsborough Campus sits on 5 acres of land and serves approximately 300 gleeful children, 2 guinea pigs, several hermit crabs, loads of fish, and 1 well loved pot-bellied pig. We have several outdoor play spaces where children can discover, run, jump, dig, dance, and delight in a safe nurturing environment. Classes take hikes to the creek, unearthing all the mysteries the four seasons have to offer. We host professionally trained chefs, who create locally sourced, organic and nourishing meals for our staff, children, and families alike. We offer take home meals for our busy working families, and events designed to nourish and nurture our community. Our rooms are designed to facilitate all the wonder and exploration a child can dream up. Our children head into the larger world knowing that they are competent and capable citizens, worthy of a voice, and creators of the future!
