I have trained women, men and children in Krav Maga for over 20 years. I am one of a handful of female Krav Maga Black Belts in USA. My passion is to empower all women through self love and self defense.

The Lioness is my animal symbol. I refer to the Lioness because she represents beauty, strength and love. She knows her worth. She isn't afraid to embrace her pink tender nurturing loving side. And yet, she is FIERCE by hunting and protecting her sisters, her cubs and her Pride. She stands confidently tall with beauty and strength. She is a Fierce Queen.
She is the epitome of Pink & FIERCE.
