They've got an impressive variety of offerings - Old fashioned, cake, raised (yeast), and Devil's food donuts in an assortment of flavors from classics like glazed, vanilla, and chocolate to extra mouth-watering like maple-bacon, coconut, and blueberry.

While Kim's is not a donut shop in the traditional sense, it does have a small, rotating variety each day as well as other pastries and coffee drinks. (It also has an impressive array of non-donut desserts available for special order.) However, what this hole-in-the-wall bakery may lack in donut variety it definitely makes up for in ambience. Whether you want to grab a table-for-two in the cozy indoor dining area or enjoy your sweets with a view of bustling pedestrian-friendly Churton Street in the heart of Hillsborough, it's the kind of place you could end up relaxing a bit longer than you planned.
My kid highly recommends the Apple Cider donut from Kim's Bakeshop in Hillsborough...
